Brett Eldredge Copes With His Anxiety with His "Gratitude Journal"

Brett Eldredge recently talked about his struggles with anxiety. And if that surprises you, well, that's exactly why he's putting it out there.  He says everyone has "stuff going on" and he wants to bring that into the light. Quote, "I think it's a very human thing.  It's kind of always had a weird stigma about the mental health world and it's so dumb to me. It's so ridiculous.  We're all just human, trying to get through this, and we can really help each other out.

He also said, "Just realize that we're all here and just trying to figure out how to deal with it. There are definitely ways. It doesn't mean that you're ever going to be perfect at it but there are ways to better yourself and power through."

One of the things he uses is a "gratitude journal." He writes down the good things happening in his life, and goes back to it when he needs to. Quote, "It's been a very therapeutic experience and it feels good."
