Dierks Bentley Announces Ninth Annual Miles & Music for Kids Charity Ride

By Annie Reuter

Dierks Bentley will hop on a motorcycle again this September for his ninth annual Miles & Music for Kids celebrity motorcycle ride and concert.

The event, which will take place Sept. 28 in Nashville, Tenn., will include performances by Randy Houser, Kip Moore, Jon Pardi and Chris Young.

While Bentley has hosted the annual ride for nine years, this year things are a little different as he’ll be using the Riser bird symbol that has been used in collaboration to support his latest album, Riser.

“The Riser bird symbol we’ve been using to represent this album has really come to mean something to my fans,” Bentley said in a press release. “I’ve been hearing stories about it on the road, people are getting tattoos of it. It’s a symbol of strength and resilience, and I think it’s perfect to extend into what we do for Miles & Music, especially when we are talking about the history of the event, the bikers and fans who come out every year to support it and most importantly, the children and their families being treated at Vandy.”
