I’ve been hearing a TON about this lately. Apparently it’s been going on for years and years and my question is if it’s sooo awesome why is it JUST now becoming a thing in 2014? I’ve tried it with coconut oil. It makes me want to puke my guts out, that texture BUT I am getting better at it. I’m going to try it every day for 1 month and get back to you on this.
People who do this swear by it, it has a ton of benefits and it’s supposed to be reallllly good for you. Basically it’s 20 minutes out of your day and most of everything it is supposed to benefit I need to benefit from so. I’m going to try it.
What is oil pulling you ask? There are a ton of youtube videos on it, this one is really short and to the point. Have any of you done this? Thoughts?
