Hollywood’s Too Crowded For Blake Shelton And Miranda Lambert

You’ll probably never see Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert go all Hollywood and buy a mansion in Beverly Hills because he thinks Los Angeles is too damned crowded.

It came up when he was talking about his song “Small Town Big Time”, which was written by one of Nashville’s best songwriters, a guy named Craig Wiseman.

Blake said, “It’s almost like he was sitting there going, ‘I bet Blake wishes he wasn’t [in L.A.] right now.  I bet he wishes he was in Oklahoma somewhere.’

“And I am that way, even though I have fun when I’m out there and I have a lot of really good friends now and people that I’ll be friends with and close to until the day I die, probably.

“That doesn’t mean I actually like being in that particular area because it’s just too big for me.  It’s just too crowded and I am always thinking about, ‘I wonder what everybody back home’s doing right now, and I bet I know.’”
